Abstract
The lack of effective systems of automation of processes operative monitoring of soil is the main cause reduced quality and yield prediction, complications processes of farming plans for specific fields or areas and increase costs and reduce the overall efficiency of the agricultural enterprise. The article analyzes the functional domain of research and built a block diagram of an automated monitoring system of soil which includes a module adoption of technological solutions to irrigation. Established that a decision on the problem of soil irrigation is the object of weakly-formalized under uncertainty or risk. The model bases decisions on fuzzy logic, which will increase the validity and efficiency of the functioning of the irrigation system.
