Abstract
This paper will be helpful in development and application of LED lighting systems for plants. The paper emphasizes and describes key aspects of radiation intensity and spectral distribution’s impact on plant growth and key aspects of measuring real photosynthetic efficiency of a LED lamp. In this paper we discuss a method for measuring the level of photosynthetic active radiation (FAR) of LED radiation sources based on tricolour light detector.
