Abstract
The results of the effectiveness of different groups of drugs in prophylaxis of restenosis after lower limb arterial reconstructive surgeriesare represented. Comparison of efficacy of L-arginine, perindopril, losartan and nebivolol in comparison with the control groupis evaluated. Significant reductionof the incidences of neointimal hyperplasia and bypass thrombosis was found during administrating of endotheliotropic therapy.
