Abstract
The report contains data from literature and our own analysis of 16 cases of metastatic renal cell carcinoma to the adrenal gland and 5 cases to the thyroid gland. The data on frequency, preconditions of metastasis, clinical features, difficulties of diagnostics and treatment are given. Especial attention is given to the early diagnostics of clear-cell carcinoma to the organs of the endocrine system. The recommendations of using adrenalectomy and next dispensary observation are given.
