Abstract
Bronchoobstructive diseases are closely associated with osteoporosis by common risk factors, common pathogenesis and corticosteroid treatment. So that all patients need diagnostic search of osteoporosis (bone densitometry and evaluation of fracture risk by the FRAX method). In identifying osteoporosis drugs of choice are nitrogencontaining bisphosphonates, the purpose of which reduce the risk of fractures.
