Abstract
The article leads the results of electron microscopic study of the stromal component in breast fibrocystic disease and infiltrating ductal breast cancer. Sighting study the immune response of the stroma of breast cancer, evaluated and analysis of cell-cell interactions on the ultrastructural level, pointed out the inconsistency of immunological surveillance during infiltrate ing breast cancer, as evidenced by the definition of a single contact between crustaceans, Vym and immune cells, lack of linkages between lymphocytes, macrophages and plasma cells. It is assumed that the intense lymphocyte apoptosis in breast cancer tissues max ? one of the reasons for progression novoobformation.
