Abstract
The study of the state of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant defense system of hemostasis in 62 patients with obliterating atherosclerosis of the lower extremities of stage II before and after application of therapeutic plasmapheresis and methods of ozonetherapy on top of standard medical therapy. The most effective control during therapeutic plasma exchange was subjected to the level of lipid peroxidation products. The use of ozonated saline solution provides the greatest stimulation of the total antioxidant activity. In evaluating the effectiveness of the impact on hemostasis noted most pronounced effect of plasmapheresis on the level of prothrombin index, methods of ozone therapy ? on clotting time and fibrinogen level. Using the methods of ozonetherapy, therapeutic plasmapheresis in the complex conservative therapy to normalize most of the investigated parameters.
