Abstract
Balanced scorecard is performance measurement system in enterprises and non-profit organizations. Many scientists and pracitioners adapted balanced scorecard to specific applications. This paper presents overview of implementing balanced scorecard in IT project management. We propose framework for software project monitoring based ob balanced scorecard and PRINCE 2 methodology for project management.
