The main objective of the study was to recognize farm equipment in production factors (workforce, land and capital) and to determine their level of utilization in dairy farms. The research necessary to develop the subject was conducted among 30 respondents focused on dairy cattle breeding The basic technique of research was an extensive interview, which was used to make the diagnosis of holdings with dairy cattle. It was used mainly in the form of guided conversations based on a list of questions and issues that were used to obtain the necessary information. Part of the research came from questionnaires completed by farmers. Average size of tested farms was 37.13 ha and was higher than the average area of farms in the province of Mazovia. The research has shown that with the increase of number of cows in the herd also increased milk yield of cows. The survey proved that average milk yield per cow increased proportionally with the increase of the average area of agricultural land. Holding focus on dairy cattle were well equipped in fixed assets.
