Abstract
Based on the analysis of quality of life of residents of Dnipropetrovsk region data the deformation of its socio-economic structure is determined. The basic threat to sustainable the social and economic developments of the region are determined and complex of measures to resolve the negative trends through the activation of internal reserves and present and potential of the territory is offered.
