SUCCESSFUL TREATMENT OF A CASE OF ACUTE DRUG-INDUCED HEPATITIS

Abstract
The clinical report presents a case of hepatotoxic paracetamol action. A female patient aged 33 years took paracetamol 0.5 g 2 tablets 3 times a day for 5 days due to acute respiratory viral disease, after that she became icteric and was admitted to the surgical department of Zelva Central District Hospital. In the absence of positive dynamics she was transferred to Grodno Regional Clinical Hospital, where liver toxicity was established.
