Abstract
Citizens’ complaints about the quality of health care provided in 2010-1014 have been examined in this article. The legitimate complaints structure as well as the level of patients’ satisfaction have also been analyzed. The above complaints processing and opinion polls results enabled to get feedback from health services consumers within the system of the insured person’s rights protection formed in the Ryazan region.
