Abstract
The article presents a clinical case of mantle сell lymphoma in an elderly patient. Provides an overview of the current literature on the pathogenesis, clinical, cytogenetic, and molecular genetic features of the disease. Identifies the main schemes of chemotherapy. The efficiency of using the protocol bendamustine+rituximab+cytarabine (R-BAC) at intermediate doses. The conclusion about possibility of application of this scheme in elderly patients in the intermediate risk group in the presence of comorbidity.
