Abstract
The features of the changes in plasma concentrations of sulfur-containing amino acids and their derivatives depending on the severity of myocardial hypertrophy and left ventricular geometry types as revealed by echocardiography in patients with hypertension were studied. The regularities of changes in the concentration of cysteine, glutathione and cysteinylglycine in arterial hypertension were found.
