Abstract
Immunology of pregnancy and childbirth is considered to be one of most important problems in obstetrics and neonatology. The frequency of the occurrence of this problem due to the introduction of prevention of rhesus sensitization immunoglobulin has decreased. Simultaneously the interest to rare antigens has increased. Intensive further research in this area demonstrated the importance of prenatal preventive measures against the development of excessive fetal and neonatal immunization.
