Abstract

The article is devoted to the reconstruction of the hemomicrocirculatory bed’s links of skin under the influence of diabetes. An experimental study of the ultrastructure of skin’s blood microvessels of 32 adult male white rats in the dynamics of the flow streptozototsin inducted diabetes. Applying the method of electron microscopy. The study showed that after two weeks of diabetes occure gradually and are progressing alterations of the skin’s hemomicrocirculatory bed of white rats, which characterised mainly by minor spasm of some vessels. The wall of the most vessels had normal structure but revealed a narrowing of the capillaries due to the protrusion of the nuclear zone of the endothelial cells. After four and six weeks of the experiment were observed rearrangement of skin’s microvessels of white rats. The lumen of the capillaries became irregular. The contours of the nuclei of endotheliocytes were elongated with an uniform homogen chromatyn, which is concentrated in lumps, thickened bazal membrane, there were signs of proliferation of endothelial cells, which leads to narrowing of the lumen of blood vessels. After eight weeks of the current experimental diabetes marked profound generalized disorders of angioarchitectonics of white rat’s skin. Were observed obliterated, sometimes even broken capillaries, what further leads to the complete atrophy and decompensation of the capillary component of the skin’s bloodstream. The findings of the study can be used in the practice medicine during the diagnosis and treatment of skin’s diseases in diabetes.
