Abstract
Aim: to study the particular qualities of TERC and SIRT2 gene expression in tissues with different proliferative activity, for further development of set of markers in order to evaluate senescence degree of cells and tissues. Patients with cardiovascular and oncological pathology, and a group of healthy people. The evaluation of biological age was made using real-time PCR gene expression analysis. In tissue samples with different calendar age differences have been revealed in the level of expression: for TERC locus there is a general tendency to reduce the degree of transcriptional activity with the increase in chronological age, and for SIRT 2 locus there is an inverse relationship that allows to use marker genes for the evaluation of cellular senescence.
