The problems of social stability in the EU multicultural countries: lesson for Ukraine

The purpose of this article is the study of modern social processes in multicultural countries of the EU. A brief historical overview of the immigrant flows in Europe since the middle of the last century to the present time is given, which has become an essential basis for cultural diversity in the European continent. The critical situation of contemporary events with the reception of refugees from the Middle East to the EU is given. The issues of multicultural situation in Ukraine are presented as well as it is analyzed how the experience of solving problems of social stability in the EU countries can be used in Ukraine.
