Abstract
This study deals with the utilization of Generalized Exponential geometric process model for the analysis of accelerated life testing under constant stress using type - I censored data. Assuming that the lifetimes of units under increasing stress levels form a geometric process, the maximum likelihood estimation approach is used f or the estimation of parameters and acceleration factor. The confidence intervals (CIs) of the model parameters are derived. The simulation study is conducted to evaluate the performance of the estimators with different pre - fixed parameters.
