Abstract
Group technology and cellular manufacturing are applied in three different types; Forming part families, formöing machine cells, forming part families and machine cells simultaneously. Several methods and techniques are improved to achieve problems of group technology. Artificial intelligences technologies are commonly in use in clustering poblems as in other manufacturing issues. In this study, fuzzy logic approach is studied in design of part families and machine cells simultaneously. The goal of this study is to compare manufacturing cell desgn which made of fuzzy logic approach with the K-Means method.
