Traffic Signaling with Sensor and Manual Control

In this study, basic traffic signal diagram is used. But the because of the cars rarely pass from the by road, to save the cars from stop on the red light on the condition there is not cars on the by road, main street always will open. In the other condition; main street is normal situation, after the trafik lights complete own peryots, they will turn over red, thus passing of the car on the by road is provided. In addition for the pedestrian can pass from the main street, a manuel control button is used.
