Abstract
The article is open to discussion. There is the general information about mechanisms of the glaucoma's course and some ideas about mechanisms of this desease, proceeding from I.P. Pavlov's doctrine about higher nervous activity, conditioned reflexes, analyzers, trophic nerves etc. Different specialists (therapeutist, neuropathologist, oculist etc) points to the necessity of a complex approach to the treatment of elaucoma.
