Creating conditioned reflex as a factor of adaptation to additional respiratory resistance

The work is devoted to the research of role of training (formation of a conditioned respiratory-reflex) in personal adaptation to an additional respiratory resistance. It is shown that special training very much facilitates adaptation of the human organism to resistant loading first of all at the expense of making the expenditure of physiological and energy resources minimal.
