During the experiments on mice of SVA linia we have learnt with the help of morphometrical analysis, the microanatomical changes of central organ of immunogenesis - thymus, in condition of the immunosupressious correction by plant medicinal remedy - the dry extract from sprouts of five - leaf bush. It was proved that the injection of citostatic azathioprin to mice caused the vialation ol the microanatomy of thymus. This violation is characterized by the sharp change of its structure and cell composition.
