Abstract
In clause the results of a complex estimation of reserves of health and their comparison to the data of a self-rating at the practically healthy 214 girl in the age of 19-20 years are submitted. Is shown, that the given self-ratings do not reflect a real condition of reserves of health and, hence, can not serve criterion of an estimation of a condition for a choice of the program of restoration of health.
