THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE ATHLETE BODY ADAPTIVE REACTIONS FORECAST AT CYCLIC MUSCULAR AEROBIC WORK
Journal: I.P. Pavlov Russian Medical Biological Herald (Vol.4, No. 12)Publication Date: 2003-11-10
Abstract
The variability of consecutive intrinsic ECG intervals (PQ, RT, TP, PP) registered before testing exercise by means of autospectral, phase and coherence analyze were studied in the work. In the result of comparison of rhythmic patterns with effectiveness of adaptive reactions the adequate symptoms to every kind of adaptive reactions were received. The named rhythmic patterns can be use for the reliable prognostic estimation of forthcoming adaptive reactions at strenuous cyclic muscular work.
