Abstract
The dynamic research of regional myocardical contractility was carried out in neonatal period at mature newborn babies, who sufftred perinatal hypoxia. It has been asserted that application of regional myocardical contractility analysis method makes is possible to reveal segments of normo-, hypo- and dyskinesis and to single out group of newborn babies that should be put under observation of cardiologist.
