Abstract
The article presents a model of readiness for professional self-improvement in the future trainers of vocational schools in the conditions of agrarian educational environment of professional-pedagogical college. The model always acts as an analogy and is anintermediate link between put forward theoretical propositions and as testing the real pedagogical process. Custom designed model consists of the following structural components: social order, purpose, components of readiness for professional self-improvement, levels of readiness for professional self-improvement, pedagogical conditions, stages of formation of readiness for professional self-improvement, forms and methods of teaching. The result of the implementation of the developed model is the willingness of the future masters of inservice training for professional self-improvement.
