Abstract
When vibration is developing in the tooth may be far greater than the voltage value of the endurance limit and lead to fatigue fracture edge in a relatively short period between resharpening. Thermal stresses are close to the ultimate strength of the doped ferrite at room temperature and certainly exceed the limit of endurance when heated to operating temperature. To solve this problem allows the creation of tool material with heterogeneous structure. Material has been developed, which provided multiple increase in tool life.
