Journal: I.P. Pavlov Russian Medical Biological Herald (Vol.5, No. 12)Publication Date: 2004-04-15
Abstract
The article is devoted to the survey of molecular mechanisms of action of modern medicaments, class of calcium antagonists, used for prophylaxis and treatment of stenocardia attack. There are presented clinical classification of nosologic forms of ischemic disease of heart and modern classification of calcium-channel blockers. Pharmacodynamics of calcium antagonists as well as mechanism of their antianginal effect is examined. Main points are shown for realization of action of cardiotropic drugs in conditions of acute or chronic oxygen deficiency. Literary data are added by the data of own researches, showing the quantity changes of ionized calcium in sarcoplasm of cardiac hystiocytes.
