LEGAL PROVISION OF INNOVATIVE-TECHNOLOGY SECURITY MODERNIZATION IN UKRAINE: FORMULATION OF THE PROBLEM

Problem setting. Article is devoted to the legal analysis of innovative-technology security and economic security of Ukraine in current situation of war and the Crimean capture, to the influence of Ukrainian weak economy and actual problems in innovative-technology sphere to the national security matters. Article formulates the research problem and shows the possible ways of development of national and economic security. Analysis of resent researches and publications. The following scientists were engaged in research of the specified question: O. Davudyuk, E. Bilousov, I. Binko, A. Miroschnichenko, M. Sungurovsky, V. Gorbulin and others. Target of research. The aim of this work is to investigate the legal basis for the modernisation of innovative-technological safety in Ukraine. Article’s main body. Globalization influences the economic policy of every country nowadays, so it’s necessary to develop in every independent state its own innovation cycle and innovative-technology policy legislative provision to minimise such risks. In modern terms, the main indicator of science is the ability to generate knowledge and innovation, and to implement them in a highly specific technologies that then have to pass commercialization stage. Innovative-technology security is closely connected with the creation and effective functioning of the national innovation system - a special complex of organizational and legal systems, generating knowledge and technology that combines the efforts of all science in problem principle. Providing new principles to legal provision of economic security could help to make a technological leap and ten take place in a competitive global economy, go to the sixth class of technology. Conclusions and prospects for the development. The article analyses the theoretical and legal basis for the formulation of the research subject to innovation and technological security. The factors and threats affecting the innovation-technological security in accordance with the Ukrainian legislation are well written but daily government policy hardly copes with it.
