Abstract
The offered device allows to reach adequate exposition of an operating field, without insfulation of gas into rectum, decreasing traumas of sphincter. A usage of a machinery device increases a safety, speed, decreases intraoperation bloodloss, helps to avoid inflammatory-purulent complications of pararectal cellular tissue, decreases number of relapses, typical for transanal endoscopic ways of neoplasm ablation and practically doesn't need a particular surgeon's preparation.
