Abstract
The results of clinical and neurological analyses showing the course of brain contusion features and its outcome which depends on the localization, the number of foci, the stage of injury, age and sex of patients as well as the results of morphometric characteristics of parenchyma, liguoris spaces and foci of brain bruise obtained with the use of magnetic resonance tomography are given in the article.
