Informações em portais governamentais para a juventude e sua contribuição para o desenvolvimento da cidadania

Informations in governamental websites for the youth and their contribution to the development of citizenship Offering high quality information that can promote public debate is a fundamental condition to the e-engagement. This paper analizes the quality of the information offered by the São Paulo and Brazil government’s website for the youth and their contribution to the ideal of deliberative democracy. The theoretical definitions, as well as the search categories are based on the criteria and recommendations published by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and development (OECD). A disponibilização de informações de qualidade que embasem o debate público é condição fundamental para o e-engagement. Este trabalho analisa a qualidade da informação nos portais da juventude do Estado de São Paulo (juventude.sp.gov.br) e do Governo Federal (juventude.gov.br) e sua contribuição para o ideal de democracia deliberativa. A fundamentação teórica e definição das categorias de análise são construídos sobre os critérios e recomendações da Organization for Economic Co-operation and development (OECD).
