Abstract
In this article, the refl ections of the globally scaled impositions of the neoliberalism, which is the last stop of the economic infrastructure within the evolution of capitalism is presented in general terms. The emission of money within the historical development of Capitalism evolved into gold-silver-bronze coin (meta-money) circulation and gradually into the banknote indexed to gold and eventually into the pure banknote based on the quantity of GNP. Today as being USA centered, US dollar, which is minted in limitless dimensions and covers the whole world is an issue of questioning from various aspects. In this system constant consumption is suggested. The new economic policies applied through International companies have instantly been effective on nation-states. USA mainly aims to take control of the dollar traffi c circulates on the earth with the banknotes that are in currency in its own domestic market and in accordance with this purpose it displays policies.
