Retrospective analysis of the results in the treatment of femoral neck medial fractures

Abstract
The results of 1-3 years period treatment of patients with medial fractures of the femoral neck treated in Ryazan Emergency Hospital in 2001-2005 have been studied. The investigation of the femoral head residual blood flow in the case of the femoral neck fracture allowed to choose the optimal method of surgical treatment for every patient - osteosynthesis or endoprosthetics. The results compared, much better quality of life in the group of patients after endoprosthetics of a hip joint was noted. Besides, much better quality of life in the patients after total endoprosthetics compared with the patients after intra-articular endoprosthetics was noted.
