Abstract
Undeveloped pregnancy is often complicated by bleeding when a woman has pathology of coagulability. 66 patients with undeveloped pregnancy during the second three months' period were examined, they were divided into 2 groups, taking into consideration morpho-functional maturity of placenta. Dynamic biochemical indexes of coagulation, the number of thrombocytes and coagulation time were checked with all women. It was stated that during pregnancy before 16 weeks frequency of changes of coagulation doesn't depend on the period of pregnancy and a prolonged period of presence of dead fetus in uterus. After 16 weeks of pregnancy we can see dependence between the time of presence of dead fetus in uterus and development of pathology of coagulation changes, and it was also stated that pathology of coagulation appears more often when the period of pregnancy become longer. Women with given pathology are a group of great risk of bleeding, that's why they should be controlled and their treatment should be intensified.
