Diagnoses of the general educational schools teachermaster's mental stress

The article is devoted to the teachermaster's of the general educational schools mental stress studies (MS) according to the T.Nemchin's system. As it showed, 86,5% of men- and 72,2% women-teachermasters are under the influence of MS of the first degree, 27,7% of women are under the influence of MS of the second degree (men's index is twice lower - 13,5%), excessive mental stress (MS of the third degree ) is registered only in one case (concerning women) among examined 824 (0,1%). Average indexes of MS (in figures) in women's group is higher than that in men's group. The conclusion is as follows: the teachermaster's job, characterized by mental stress, is preferably for men.
