INFLUENCE of SOMATOTYPE of Patients with UROLITHIASIS ON STRUCTURE And EXPRESSIVENESS of COMPLICATIONS of REMOTE LITHOTRIPSY

We studied the structure and expressiveness of complications of remote lithotripsy at patients with urolithiasis with different types of constitution. Investigations included 185 men with urolithiasis after remote lithotripsy. Remote lithotripsy was conducted on device "Dornier Compact Delta" (Germany).Renal colic and hematuria after remote lithotripsy most often met at muscular-chest and abdominal-muscular types constitution, most little - at asthenic and breast types constitution. One can not attribute somatotype of patients to significant factors of development of pyelonephritis after remote lithotripsy. Indicated complication is caused in the most cases with underestimation of activity of chronic pyelonephritis, inadequacy of undertaking of preoperative antibacterial therapy at sick with urinary infection and other factors.
