Abstract
The paper presents an investigation into reactions of hemostasis system of 120 Vistar rats on a single exercise depending on the level of their initial training. It has been stated that the increment of exercise duration increase the hypercoagulation shifts up to thrombinemia signs. Anticoagulant and fibrinolytic activity vary from the increased to the significantly decreased rates, and in combination with the hypercoagulation may lead to thrombosis. The preliminary moderate trainings of rats harmonize the reaction of hemostasis system on a single exercise causing a combined increase of coagulation, anticoagulation, and fibrinolytic activity. The intensive trainings make a response to the same exercise more economic, minimizing the response reaction. The hard mood of training preceding the single exercise leads, first of all, to the exhaustion of anticoagulation system, that react to the exercise by the dangerous decrease of its activity.
