Abstract
The sensitivity and resistance of U. urealyticum species revealed during the examination of 171 pregnant women in Tula in 2006 have been estimated retrospectively. The most active drugs for the treatment of U. urealythicum were determined to be the drugs of the macrolide group. It is reasonable to conduct cultural investigations to determine the amount of the agent and the antibiotic sensitivity of the revealed species before treatment. Josamycine should be the drug of choice in the pregnant.
