Abstract
Syndrome Brugada is the clinico-electrocardiographicaly syndrome, that is characterized by syncopes and episodes of the sudden death of the patients without of organic changes in the heart, that can apparent on electrocardiographic monitoring with lifting of ST segment in the right pectoral leads (V1 - V3) and changing of the complecs QRS, that is similar with one attached to the blockode of the right stalk of bundle of GIS, and origining on this background of episodes of polymorphous gastric tachycardia and fibrillation ofventricles. Modern diagnostics and adequate therapy allow being educed mortality with the patients with this illness.
