Abstract
290 rats were included into the research. The investigation of microcirculation level in the rat crus muscles in health, and also its dynamics during 90 days after modeling of chronic limb ischemia by Laser Doppler flowmetry method. Pentoxyfilline, L-arginine in 30 and 200 mg/kg doses, revascularisative osteomioplastic (ROMP) and combination of ROMP and L-arginine in 200 mg/kg dose were the methods of chronic ischemia treatment. The trustworthy increase of microcirculation level was marked in groups treated with L-arginine in 200 mg/kg dose, and by ROMP and combine method. The laser Doppler flowmetry results are correlated with morphological picture. The obtained data permit to think that L-arginine stimulates angiogenesis.
