Abstract
Now system inflammatory response (SIR) is recognised like marker of postoperation complications, in vascular surgery from the point of development cardiac complications. Appears data indicative about SIR role in postoperation intimal hyperplasia development in place of reconstruction. In the given article the authors analyses expression of SIR in patients with obliterating atherosclerosis of lower extremities arteries (OALEA) depending on method of surgical treatment.
