Abstract

The article deals with the description of a model of higher education in innovative postindustrial society. The problems of innovation management are outlined and possible solutions are proposed. The important role of government in the transformation process is proved. Дано описание модели высшего образования в инновационном постиндустриальном обществе, исследованы проблемы инновационного менеджмента в университетах Украины и предложены пути их решения, подчеркнута роль государства в трансформационных процессах.
