The study of stability of aminazin solution for injections in ampoules

The article presents the results of the investigation of resistance and stabilization of aminasin solution in ampuls. In the work there is detailed analysis and experimental confirmation of the character of decomposition of aminasin in solutions. The work also considers the factors that influence decomposition process. With the help of mathematic modeling they determined the most unfavourable factors for stability and indicated the directions of stabilization of aminasin solution. They worked out new contents of aminasin solution that can be used and stored for a longer time.
