Abstract
In the article there is analysis of comparative age dynamics of the tinctorial peculiarities of human thyroid gland colloid, which indicate its physical-chemical state depending on the sex. Determining percentage correlation of follicles, which contain typical liquid vacuolate and also dense colloid (basophilic and oxyphilic one), and varieties, which are exposed by staining of histological section with hematoxylin and eosin, it was found out that with age intrafollicular colloid stability within thyroid gland gets heterogeneously decreased, which leads to diffuse coagulation of its basophilic and oxyphilic forms. The latter decrease reliability of functioning of the organ. The article shows significant differences in age dynamics of stain properties (physical-chemical state) of human thyroid gland colloid depending on the sex.
