Abstract

Problem setting. In a modern period of transition of Ukraine to the market system of menage substantially changes legal adjusting of remuneration of labour that in future needs to the study of questions related to the remuneration of labour. Becoming in Ukraine of effective and efficient institute of remuneration of labour predetermines an objective requirement in rethinking essences of principles, that lie at its core. Analysis of recent researches and publications. The issue of implementation mechanism of the basic principles of remuneration considered in works of M. Armstrong, O. Valetsk, G. Goncharov, V. Zhernakov, S. Karinskuy, S. Prylypko and others. However, despite the scientific achievements of these and other scientists, it should be noted that this problem remains controversial to the present day. The target of research is to define the basic principles of remuneration organization and their mechanism of implementation of labor law. Article’s main body. Question about the principles of legal adjusting of remuneration is closely constrained with the wider problem of the principles of legal regulation. In fact any activity based on certain principles - basic, initial provisions, the observance of which ensures consistency in the actions of its members, aims at achieving a certain result by using the most effective methods and others like that. The exposure of legal principles is of great theoretical and practical importance. For labor law theoretical value of the basic principles consists in the fact that they provide an opportunity to compare rights for the different states, and also right one on the historical stages. The practical significance of the basic principles is seen in the fact that they form the basis of a common understanding of the provisions of the labor laws, promote awareness of the law and thus enable the same interpretation of these provisions of law. Principles of legal regulation of wages - is leading ideas, fundamental principles, sciencebased provisions that determine the content of legal regulation of remuneration aimed at the largest possible implementation functions salary and reflect the basic approach of the regulation in this area. Conclusions and prospects for the development. Thus, on the basis of the conducted analysis, it is possible to draw conclusion, that principles of remuneration of labour form and predetermine a mechanism, basic approaches of the legal adjusting of remuneration of labour. Therefore, we believe that national scientists need concentrate more attention on clarifying the content of the principles of remuneration to work out concrete proposals for improving the existing mechanism of legal regulation of remuneration.
