CURRENT ISSUES OF LEGAL ADJUSTING OF LABOR PROTECTION IN ENTERPRISES WITH INCREASE DANGER

Problem. In a market economy conditions increasingly growing requirements for worker training, which together with other professional competencies, provide the ability to securely and safely work. The main principle of which is based on public policy in the field of labor protection based on the priority of life and health of workers before any results. Development and improvement of current known technologies, creating new or improve existing anthropological objects often causes the emergence of new or increased intensity of existing production factors. And because the development and implementation of an effective mechanism of safety at such enterprises is not only the key to economic development, but also contribute to the low level of occupational diseases. Analysis of recent research. Some aspects of the study of the current state and prospects for improving the present situation of employees involved in work in the execution of works of increased danger were reflected in the works B. Before in the process of production raw material was used with the known toxic and fire properties: a technological equipment, machines and instruments, were simple, and productive building after an area and by volume of were small. Under a labour protection, in Law of Ukraine "On Labour Protection" we understand whole system of legal, social, economic, organizational and technical, sanitary and hygienic and preventive measures and and facilities, sent to maintenance of life, health and capacity of man in the process of exactly labour activity. Analysing world experience, will pay attention to circumstance that politics of International organization of labour in the field of a labour protection defends fundamentalness of providing of healthy and safe terms of labour. Conclusions. Thus summarizing the stated it is necessary to notice that the observance of requirements of legislation about a labour protection on enterprises with an increase danger has national priority in general lines. As those charges that carry enterprises here are recovered by creation of more safe terms of labour and as a result maintenance of life and health of workers.
