CLINICAL AND MORPHOLOGICAL COMPARISONS AT THE PREMATURE OF THE EARLY TERMS PREGNANCY

It was made on the basis of morphological research of the scarpings off the uterus cavity. In 51 cases of early spontaneous miscarriages and 53 cases of not developing pregnancy it has been found out, that in the specialized gynecological hospital the share of the premature pregnancy makes up average 14 %. The basic clinical form of infringement of pregnancy is early spontaneous miscarriage with clinical displays after 5-6 weeks of pregnancy. Hematogenic infections and various endocrine diseases of mothers have been recognized as the most often reasons of early spontaneous miscarriages. While not developing pregnancy the chromosome pathology of trophoblasts with demonstration of clinical symptoms during 7-8 weeks has the greatest value.
